Remnants of its original black and red paint have been conserved. This piece was found in a Colonial hacienda in the Chuquibamba zone of Arequipa. It dates back to approximately the beginning of the 19th century.

The large house had been destroyed in a 2001 earthquake. Originally used as an entryway bench, this piece belongs to the Colonial era and dates back to roughly the 18th Century.
